Welcome to the DavidBatesGroup Blog.  The intent of this blog is to provide you the viewer an insite into who we are, what we do and how we work with the people we enjoy most.

David Bates and his Team of individuals make up the David Bates Group.  David is a Real Estate Consultant whose main purpose is to make each introduction to a new client a win/win solution for everyone.  The Team is made up of his wife who is his most abled assistant.  She is the person behind the scenese who keeps all the transactions and office details moving forward.  Without Valerie there would be chaos!  She is like an orchestra conductor.  It is her expertise that knows when to bring in all the various components to the Transaction.  This includes but is not limited to a Buyers Lender, a home Inspector, a Termite Inspector, an Insurance Agent, a reputable Title Company for all our Listings, and the list goes on.  This is a position of unlimited amount of detail- and – Valerie gets it done!

With Valerie taking care of customers under Contract it allows David the time to meet other people and begin to introduce them to what makes the David Bates Group so unique.  David spends his mornings on the phone talking to potential buyers, potential sellers and keeping past clients current on the latest market conditions and market trends in Pinellas County, Florida.
